Monsieur Chrono, or Jacques Anquetil (8 January 1934 - Rouen, 18 November 1987), was a legend in the world of cycling. He got his nickname because he had won many prizes. He was especially known for being the first to win the Tour de France five times, four of them in a row. He was first in 1957, 1961, 1962, 1963 and 1964.

TEAM MANAGERS PETER POST AND JAN RAAS BURY HATCHET

In the late 80s and early 90s, the rivalry between the Dutch team managers Peter Post and Jan Raas was very high. It wasn't until the Tour de France of 1992 that the hatchet was buried after years of bickering and fighting. I mean, the men had no choice at all! There are no words to describe how pathetic it was what the two cyclists showed a week beforehand.
