Skil is a former French cycling team that was active in the peloton in the period 1984 to 1986. Skil, a manufacturer of power tools, formed the Skil-Sem cycling team from the recently stopped Sem-France Loire team. The best-known cyclist in Skil's service was Sean Kelly. Sean Kelly won many prizes for the cycling team including Paris-Roubaix. Skil finally stopped as main sponsor, because the then director Jean de Gribaldy had found a new/better sponsor in Kas.
